Providing one of the most prestigious spa facilities complexes in Australia, Chuan Spa presented a highly complex  refurbishment within a fully operational hotel. In keeping with the Langham Hotel's international standard, the new external spa, refurbishment lap pool and new relaxation and gym facilities present an exceptional level in the quality of finished and fittings. Winner of the national  MBA award.

Walton Construction was engaged on a negotiated basis to carry out the fitout of the new floor and complete refurbishment of their existing space. Work commenced on the upper floor whilst Downer EDI continued its business operation on the floor below. Due to further growth, construction of additional offices which involved modifications to existing office joinery and workstations, and the upgrade of electrical and mechanical services were carried out.

A complete overhaul to the façade and all of the internal and external common areas including new entrance and porte cochere, outdoor pool, new windows and extended manager’s unit.

The upgrade and refurbishment of 52 patient suites including bathroom facilities and nurse call services.
