Completed as an intergrated fitout while base builder was still completing construction of the upper levels and plantrooms. The executive levels consist of conference and meeitng rooms including metallic and vaneer wall and ceiling panels and lime stone flooring. Also incorporated was a complex data room that accommodates over 30 racks and dealer areas with plasma screens over various levels.

Walton Qld has completed over 30 ALDI Stores within Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This includes new stand alone structures and associated fitout, fitouts within existing shopping centres, and extension and fitout within a retail precinct. Walton works closely with the ALDI Stores and specialist nominated subcontractors to deliver stores on time to take advantage of peak trading periods. 

Walton was appointed to construct this 4 level building comprising of retail tenancy and carpark on the ground floor and level 1, whilst levels 2 and 3 house a total of 31 aprtments, consisting of either 1 or 2 bedrooms.

State of the art Sporting Facility complete with competition court on a suspended floor. The stadium also houses a commercial kitchen, general learning classrooms, staff rooms, reception, function rooms and a 25m heated outdoor swimming pool constructed in accordance with FINA regulations.

The upgrade and refurbishment of 52 patient suites including bathroom facilities and nurse call services.
