Located in a new building, the intergrated fitout works involved new partitioned offices, specialist joinery, concealed sliding doors, operable wall systems, designer lighting and a concealed project screen. Open plan workstation areas and brekout areas are a feature of this project.

Over three levels within an existing building, the project involved extensive detailing to the ceilings, lighting, joinery and flooring. Numerous glass front offices with solid sliding doors as well as the installation of 150 workstations, kitchens, boardrooms, meeting rooms and communication room.

The Gallery of Saints Mausoleum is the third stage extension of Keilor Cemetery’s large mausoleum complex and features a large in-door Chapel and four Galleries. Providing some 1156 caskets spaces, the mausoleum crypts have an in-situ concrete structure, and are cladded with some of the finest imported marble and polished stone finishes. Amongst the four Galleries are geometric shaped high ceilings finished in timber plywood and pre-finished Versilux linings. In the Chapel, a curved timber batten ceiling is uniquely featured and complimented with glazed artwork alongside it.

Very unique fitout with the focus centered on the stunning Sydney Harbour backdrop. Consisting of an uplift oval coffered ceiling, mirrored by a handmade rug inlaid into the anthracite sabbiata stone, two elegant meeting rooms with sleek hiding doors panels, and reception desk. Ceilings in the meeting and boardrooms incorporate three different ceiling systems interfaced to create a unique acoustic feature. This project won the Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards for fit out up to $2.0 million.

The complex includes 12 independent consulting rooms, 4 psychologist specialist suites, 5 bed treatment area complete with nursing station and computerised emergency call system to all rooms and two levels of underground secure car parking. Other tenancies include a pathology suite with 4 consulting rooms, X-ray centre with digital X-ray technology system, café and full service pharmacy.
